Information Technology Specialist
Responsibilities
Provide frontline help desk support to end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Communicate clearly with users (no jargon overload — just real help)
Assist with routers, firewalls, servers, and basic network support
Support new IT projects and system implementations
Monitor systems to ensure uptime and performance
Document issues and resolutions accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how things work
Comfort handling incoming tickets and support requests
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and networks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Preferred
Degree helpful, but certifications, hands-on experience, or a compelling story absolutely count
