IT Help Desk Support
The Ford Agency is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist for a DC-based association. This role will work onsite, serving as the technical lead for workstation, Office365, and other application support across the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Office 365 Suite and laptops
Set up and configure new computers
Provide AV support for conference rooms and equipment
Assist with user technical issues as needed
Escalate issues as needed to management
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of Tier I desktop support experience in a professional office environment required
Strong skills in Office 365 support
Professional and customer service-focused mentality
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
