Responsibilities
Effectively communicates with clients, families and caregivers to ensure they have the information they need to create an extraordinary client experience
Participate in on-call rotation which includes 1-2 on-call nights per week and every other weekend
Answers telephone, directs calls and takes messages using proper phone etiquette
Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner
Uses Wellsky to create and monitor schedules under the direction of the Office Manager
Serves as backup to Caregivers in the field
Conducts client introductory and supplemental visits on an as-needed basis
Sets appointments for new applicants and explains the initial application process
Prepares new hire packets, client record books, and client folders
Conducts reference checks on new employees
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
Caregiving Experience required
Excellent interpersonal communication, telephone and computer skills
Have a valid driver's license and full coverage automobile insurance
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment
Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours
Preferred
Small office setting experience preferred
Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
