Administrative Assistant with Marketing Support
Empire Tax Professionals is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant with marketing support experience to work closely with the CEO and support daily operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including administrative work, light sales and marketing, phone calls, and team coordination to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and serve as an appointment setter
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
Manage and coordinate Virtual Assistants (task follow-ups, deadlines, accountability)
Assist with basic marketing tasks (content coordination, posting support, simple updates)
Manage schedules, emails, and internal communications
Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
Keep tasks organized and ensure follow-through across the team
Qualification
Required
Available to work full-time, in-office from 10 AM to 6 PM ET
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
Comfortable handling phone calls and speaking with clients professionally
Basic understanding of marketing tasks (social media, content support, or admin marketing help)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable managing and working with remote VAs
