Responsibilities
Fully competent in all document review, or imaging work in their current area
Document Review: Audit confidential client documents to ensure that they are meeting client-specified standards
Imaging: Prep, Scan and Index confidential client documents to ensure they are meeting client-specific procedures, standards and SLA’s
Adhere to group quality and productivity standards (items/hr) while meeting departmental and corporate standards pertaining to overall quality and attendance
Train in other areas within the department and others as requested
Working on special projects given by Team Leader. (I.e. moving work into appropriate queue, handling the imaging of special client requests)
Assists in other areas if necessary
Assist in enhancement and system testing when requested
Responsible for team leader duties in leader’s absence
Perform other duties upon request
Qualification
Required
