Responsibilities
Perform system-level diagnostic testing on network routing platforms
Execute hardware validation, functional, and regression testing
Identify, isolate, and document system and hardware failures
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (HW, FW, systems, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve issues
Communicate test results, failures, and debug status clearly and professionally
Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams to support debugging efforts
Test and validate networking and routing equipment
Manage multiple tasks independently and meet schedules with minimal oversight
Maintain clear, structured documentation of test procedures and results
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with others in a large, cross-functional team
Comfortable collaborating with individuals of different personalities, roles, and priorities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
