Mid LevelLargeton Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions. The role involves collaborating with executive leadership and IT teams, providing hands-on development, and optimizing ITSM processes.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM support and ITOM Visibility
Provide hands-on development and configuration across multiple ServiceNow modules
Support and optimize existing ITSM processes and workflows for the client
Lead and support ITOM Visibility initiatives, including discovery and service mapping
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate directly with executive leadership, IT teams, and operational stakeholders, including C-level executives
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
Provide guidance and light administrative support to internal teams with limited platform experience
Ensure all solutions are well-documented, maintainable, and adhere to ServiceNow best practices
Communicate complex technical concepts in a simplified manner for non-technical users
Work in a client-facing consulting capacity, often serving as an extension of internal staff
Establish long-term, trusted relationships with the client, especially in the State, Local, and Education sectors
Qualification
