Required

10+ years in consumer marketing, with real experience in fintech or consumer finance. Bonus if you've marketed to Gen Z
You've managed a significant marketing budget and can talk specifics about what you learned and what actually worked
You've done brand building and understand that trust is the product
You've built and led small, high-output teams. You know how to hire and you know how to ship
You have a track record of high agency. Not 'leadership experience' but actual evidence that you see problems and fix them without being asked
You can write. Crisp, clear, no corporate fluff
