Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, on-site customers, contractors, and other technicians
Read blueprints for civil works needed for site preparation
Manage in-market subcontractors and oversee all trade work processes
Assist in the installation and maintenance of technology hardware
Conduct inventory management of technology hardware and company tools
Execute civil works for site preparation using appropriate equipment
Coordinate installation activities, perform maintenance, minor construction and troubleshoot
Follow safety protocols and company policies
Qualification
Required
1+ years of construction and/or technician experience
Valid Class C Driver's License
Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and Ethernet terminations
Proficiency with construction, safety rules, and maintenance
Experience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilities
Ability to read technical manuals and instructions
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
Pass background check and drug screen
Preferred
electrical experience is a plus
forklift certification is a plus
