Responsibilities
Build and manage content calendars (monthly + weekly planning)
Create and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage automated posting systems
Write strong, brand-aligned captions and calls-to-action
Coordinate creative needs (graphics/video) and keep timelines on track
Engage with audiences and support basic community management as needed
Track performance, report results, and optimize based on what’s working
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices
Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across accounts
Qualification
Required
2–4 years experience managing social media for a brand or agency
Strong writing skills and a clear understanding of tone/voice
Experience using scheduling tools (Sendible, OneUp)
Experience with ai or semi-automated systems for social posting and management
Comfortable working with creative teams and giving clear content direction
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
Familiarity with basic social analytics and performance reporting
