Participate in the structured underwriting training program
Review and process endorsement requests and correspondence within established authority level
Learn the Agency Engagement function through training
Prepare for and participate in Agency Visits, Agency Outings, and Industry Events

Required

Bachelor's degree in business related field, or equivalent education, 0-1 years industry experience
Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout our writing footprint
Ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain an acceptable driving record
Required to relocate to a business development territory (PA, NJ) after completion of training
