Activities Coordinator
White Lodging is seeking an Activities Coordinator who is responsible for guest activities and daily administrative work. This role involves coordinating activities for guests, providing excellent service at the Activities Desk, and ensuring clear communication with other departments for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the activities for all guests from the pre-arrival stage through to the end of their stay
Available to guests at the Activities Desk in the Outfitter’s Barn to provide friendly and helpful service throughout the day, which includes adjusting schedules, answering questions, and liaising with guides
Provide clear communication within the activities, as well as with other departments, to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction
Assist with purchases from retail
Daily administrative work, including activity incidental sales reconciliations, activity tracking, and nightly team emails
Requires transportation to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger
Qualification

Must have a valid driver's license
