Responsibilities
Ensure the technology environment remains secure, stable, and consistently updated to support ongoing operational excellence
Execute project responsibilities across the full application implementation lifecycle, adhering to established best practices and architectural standards
Provide production support for critical back-office platforms, including trading systems, fund accounting tools, and financial accounting applications
Administer and support key infrastructure and network components, with a strong emphasis on Citrix and Windows-based environments—covering solution design, configuration, and implementation for end users
Maintain and enhance technical documentation as requested by management, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve clarity and completeness
Troubleshoot complex issues and partner with the Help Desk team to resolve escalated incidents efficiently
Monitor infrastructure health and performance, producing reporting and metrics related to uptime, capacity utilization, and overall system stability
Support capacity planning and performance management efforts to ensure infrastructure can scale in line with business requirements
Assist with day-to-day administration and maintenance of server environments and associated infrastructure systems
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, ideally within financial services/trading environments
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
Advanced hands-on expertise with Citrix technologies, including Delivery Controllers, PVS, StoreFront, and NetScaler/VPX
Experience with FSLogix (profile management/containerization) preferred
Strong background implementing and supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
Working knowledge of SCCM (or similar endpoint/system management tools) for patching and packaging deployments
Extensive experience with Windows Server administration and Microsoft platforms including SQL, Exchange, and Active Directory
Advanced Active Directory skills (replication, domain management, GPOs, ACLs, troubleshooting)
Solid experience with Office 365, Azure AD, and related Microsoft cloud services
Familiarity with security tooling such as Defender/ATP and Intune is a plus
Experience with vulnerability management and remediation (e.g., Rapid7)
Strong knowledge of authentication/security concepts (SAML, Kerberos, RADIUS, MFA) and privileged access (PAM/PIM)
Experience supporting monitoring tools, including alerting, reporting, and performance metrics
Strong PowerShell scripting/automation experience; exposure to repositories + CI/CD workflows preferred
Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure issues
Comfortable supporting a 24/7 environment, including on-call, evenings, and weekends as needed
Able to support globally distributed locations with strong communication and customer service skills
