Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution and delivery accountability for features and initiatives
Drive day-to-day execution across distributed engineering and QA teams
Ensure delivery discipline and milestone tracking aligned with product roadmaps
Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and epics
Maintain product backlog with a strong focus on priority, scope, and feasibility
Lead grooming sessions and sprint planning with engineering
Serve as the primary point of contact for UI/UX, engineering, QA, and partner teams
Align technical teams with product vision and customer needs
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders on tradeoffs, timelines, and risks
Ensure technical depth and clarity in requirements documentation
Anticipate and proactively resolve ambiguity in scope, dependencies, and constraints
Balance business goals with technical complexity and constraints

Required

+7 years of proven experience as a Product Manager – Technical, Technical Product Owner, or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery lifecycle
Experience collaborating with engineers and writing epics/user stories
Excellent communication and documentation skills (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro)
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, distributed team environment

Preferred

Exposure to cloud services, APIs, and system integrations
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence Playbooks and Miro boards
