Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mill/turn machines with Fanuc Controls
Perform machine setups, change speeds/feeds, edit G&M codes, and conduct tool changes
Utilize mill turn machines with live tooling, twin turrets, and sub-spindles
Edit programs using G&M codes
Work with tolerances of ± 0.0003 on average
Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection and process monitoring
Qualification
Required
Experience with mill/turn machines, dual turret, and dual spindle setups
Proficiency in machining and working with G&M codes
Ability to conduct prototype and production machining
Understanding of GD&T principles
Fluency in G&M codes and capability to edit programs effectively
