Responsibilities
Design, develop, and sustain data systems using SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across complex healthcare datasets
Serve as a subject matter expert on client datasets, maintaining full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols for both recurring reports and new implementations
Collaborate regularly with marketing clients, project management, client services, and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives
Effectively communicate technical outcomes into clear, business-relevant insights tailored for marketers, client teams, and executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to triage client requests, set expectations with stakeholders, and execute complex data workflows with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple clients and concurrent development of workstreams
Produce reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators, uncover operational insights, and support data-driven decision-making
Support and guide junior analysts, contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required, preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space
3–5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation techniques
Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences
Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data profiling tools; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Python
Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy
Adept at fostering relationships, communicating proactively, and collaborating across internal and external teams
Comfortable mentoring and setting quality standards for others in the team
