This corporate-level leadership role focuses on governance, program development, and continuous improvement in safety culture across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain safety policies and compliance programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards
Analyze trends and audit data to identify systemic risks and implement prevention strategies
Collaborate with leadership to align safety initiatives with operational goals
Conduct root-cause analyses for incidents and near-misses; provide actionable insights to leadership
Create clear dashboards and reports that translate complex data into meaningful decisions
Deliver executive-level presentations and communications on safety performance and initiatives
Design and deliver corporate safety training programs and campaigns
Partner with district safety teams to ensure alignment and provide guidance
Oversee corporate safety audits and corrective actions
Act as liaison with insurance reps, regulatory agencies, and auditors
Qualification
Required
3+ years in safety management within a large construction environment
Deep knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA regulations
Proven ability to design and implement company-wide safety programs
Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Risk Management, or related field preferred
