Responsibilities
Generate new business and revenue streams through accessible channels
Train and develop staff, provide real-time feedback, and conduct performance reviews
Manage a book of business, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic tax planning and compliance services
Responsible for engagement planning, organization, and engagement economics including billing, collecting, maximizing realization and profitability
Stay updated on evolving tax laws and industry trends impacting clients, ensuring compliance and proactive tax planning
Identify opportunities for value added services for clients, including tax efficiencies, estate and gift planning and other related matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years' experience in public accounting
Licensed CPA required
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop new business relationships and expand services to existing clients
Ability to plan client engagements, provide tax consulting services, manage compliance projects, supervise and review staff members
An existing referral network or book of portable book of business / relationships
Experience in the review of tax returns for wealthy individuals members and their trusts, investment entities, or private businesses
