Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality control audits of charting and other clinical aspects to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
Conduct audits of Medical Directors to assess performance and adherence to organizational protocols and best practices
Develop and implement risk control measures to mitigate potential liabilities and improve patient safety
Manage and resolve customer service complaints related to quality of care and service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives
Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance staff to ensure consistent and effective execution of quality control processes
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management and healthcare delivery
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or related roles within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of quality control principles, regulations, and accreditation standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Preferred
Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) is a plus
Experience working in a clinical setting and familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
