Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and partnership strategy aligned with the company’s commercial and scientific objectives
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with biopharma, diagnostics companies, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders
Lead negotiations and structuring of complex agreements, including licensing, co-development, commercial, and strategic alliance deals
Drive revenue-generating opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and channel relationships
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align partnership strategy with company priorities
Represent the company externally with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders
Support market expansion initiatives, including new indications, applications, and geographic growth
Provide competitive and market intelligence to inform corporate strategy and investment decisions
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team as the organisation grows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy within biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value partnerships and strategic alliances
Strong understanding of the oncology, liquid biopsy, and molecular diagnostics landscape
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical value propositions into compelling commercial opportunities
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
