Sales Coordinator - Admin Support
DH Pace Company is a family-owned business and industry leader in door, docking, and security products. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator with administrative experience to support sales processes and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and Company software systems, utilizing such to generate departmental reports for managements review
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to assess and problem-solve customer related issues
Advanced sales order processing to include entering lines for purchasing, change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing
Communication with vendor, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale
Basic contract processing
Other duties as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of office experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience working with contracts
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with computer
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
