Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with distributors and vendors to manage order placement and fulfillment
Create, review, and process purchase orders for complex purchases
Coordinate procurement activities across departments to ensure timely ordering and delivery
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
Monitor inventory levels and track shipments
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Support vendor relationship management and assist in vendor evaluations
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision
Reliable and accountable with a strong work ethic
High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to work effectively within a remote environment and with remote team members
Preferred
Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
