Responsibilities
Assisting with first shift departmental responsibilities
Providing first level support to both internal and external customers
Monitoring of operating systems, servers and network, schedules, and releasing jobs into production
Balancing, updating, and verifying reports
Supporting Help Desk functions
Identifying methods and solutions to internal customers
Uploading and downloading files for processing
Creating users and/or updating permissions
Providing leadership to internal customers
Reading and understanding workflows
Monitoring jobs and workflows through batch schedule and an interactive system
Modifying active workflows as needed
Qualification
Required
A high school education or equivalent
Working towards a post high school education in data processing or another related field
Working knowledge of PC functions
Good communication skills in both oral and written form
The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
The ability to comprehend detailed tasks
Above average organizational skills
The ability to work independently with limited supervision
The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personality types
The ability to work first shift hours
The ability to work onsite
