Customer Success & Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Value Realization: Own customer success outcomes (retention, expansion, and time-to-value) for your portfolio of enterprise clients. Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned to each client’s business objectives and KPIs. Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate measurable ROI and identify new opportunities for expansion. Serve as a strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, continuously evolving their AI roadmap based on emerging capabilities and business needs
Implementation Excellence & Risk Management: Oversee end-to-end AI project delivery – from initial proof-of-concept to full production deployment – ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. Meticulously project manage deliverables, timelines, and resources for each implementation. Proactively identify and mitigate technical or organizational risks that could impact success. Facilitate collaborative design-thinking workshops with solution architects to map user journeys and optimize workflows for AI integration. Maintain clear communication and manage expectations with client teams throughout complex deployments, quickly addressing issues or blockers while sustaining client trust
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and coordinate integrated project teams that include Lyzr’s Solution Architects, Applied AI Engineers, and key client stakeholders. Act as the liaison between business and technology – translating business requirements into technical specifications (and vice versa) to ensure the solution meets real-world needs. Continuously remove obstacles and escalate technical issues to engineering leadership when needed, all while keeping projects on track. Partner with Sales on identifying expansion or upsell opportunities, including supporting contract renewals and negotiations when additional solutions or services can add value

Required

5+ years in customer success, program management, or strategic consulting driving technology implementations for Fortune 500 / Global 2000 clients
Proven track record managing complex enterprise projects (preferably in AI, data, or software consulting) with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise technology environments
Comfortable discussing LLMs, AI agents, data integration, and software development processes with technical teams
Able to credibly translate complex technical concepts into business implications for executive audiences, and vice versa
Demonstrated ability to conduct user journey mapping, workflow analysis, and UI/UX feedback sessions in an enterprise context
Creative problem-solving skills to synthesize client pain points into innovative AI solutions (e.g. identifying high-value use cases and quick wins)
Experience developing business cases, conducting ROI analysis, and shaping strategic roadmaps in collaboration with senior executives
Able to quantify business impact of solutions and articulate the AI value proposition in terms of revenue, efficiency, or other KPIs
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
Executive presence with ability to confidently present to C-suite and influence senior stakeholders
Experience managing diverse stakeholders (from technical engineers to non-technical business owners) and achieving consensus
Cross-cultural competence – able to work effectively across global time zones and adapt to different corporate cultures
Strong project management skills (timelines, risk management, documentation) with attention to detail and organization
Comfortable leading without formal authority – this role is an individual contributor, but you must galvanize and guide teams toward a common goal
Results-oriented, with a passion for customer success and a 'owner' mentality for client outcomes
Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity – you thrive in a fast-moving environment and can adjust plans on the fly as new insights emerge
Low ego team player who builds trust through collaboration, empathy, and delivering on promises
A proactive self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and continuously seeks to learn new technologies and best practices in the AI field
Willingness to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis (approximately 10–25%)

Preferred

PMP or similar certification is a plus, but practical delivery experience is most important
