Responsibilities

Handle daily mail, copy, and fax operations at the client site
Operate and maintain printers, copiers, fax, and postage machines
Complete copy and print jobs accurately while meeting deadlines
Sort, distribute, and deliver mail and packages as required
Provide excellent customer service to attorneys, staff, and visitors
Report directly to the on-site Site Supervisor
Walk and stand for extended periods to complete copy and mail tasks
Lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Follow established procedures for shipping and receiving
Determine proper packing methods and materials; verify packing slips for accuracy
Troubleshoot basic equipment and workflow issues
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a legal environment

Required

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of copy/print experience (required)
Proficiency with PCs and MS Office Suite
Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage machines, and office equipment
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday

Preferred

Prior experience in a legal or law firm environment strongly preferred
Basic electronics knowledge preferred
