Responsibilities
Performing Funding Operations functions including: collateral management, borrowing execution, intraday Fed Balance Monitoring
Securities Collateral Management for Public Funds and Derivatives collateral
Provide subject matter expertise on Colorado PDPA and Arizona Pooled collateral programs
Assist in public funds audits for states PNC accepts deposits
Partner with Technology and Operations teams on work related projects
Monitor and analyze intraday cash flows and liquidity forecasts to support funding decisions
Collaborate with trading desks, risk teams, and capital markets to support enterprise liquidity strategy
Leads a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met
Provides training and mentoring support to the team
Establishes process performance measurements and oversees business impact
May implement critical business support services
Communicates performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
Promotes and monitors the production workflow and assists team members with complex escalation process issues
Independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation
Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process
Determines and/or drives change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes
Actively seeks out business partners and team members for collaboration
Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards
Independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
University / college degree
Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
Ability to leverage customer information in creating customized customer solutions
Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities
