Responsibilities
Oversee the US recruiting team and enhance the 'Candidate Experience' to meet aggressive staffing targets for hourly and salaried roles, positioning the company as an employer of choice in competitive markets
Lead a team of HRBPs to provide consulting on organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring business units achieve critical retention goals and reduced voluntary turnover
Drive a high-performance culture by coaching leaders on performance management and serving as the primary escalation point for complex US labor issues and internal investigations
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, integrating HR strategy into early-stage business planning to ensure the organization remains agile and competitively staffed
Maintain in-depth knowledge of US Federal and State Employment Laws to ensure all talent initiatives are legally sound and follow best-in-class HR practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field required
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years as an HR Business Partner
Comprehensive understanding of EEO, FLSA, and FMLA and other critical US labor regulations
Proven track record of managing both recruiting and HRBP teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
