Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
Install duct work and related equipment efficiently and accurately
Perform layout tasks for duct and equipment placement
Measure and cut duct work using hand tools
Maintain and clean work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in sheet metal installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in sheet metal, HVAC, duct work, and installation
Experience in construction and fabrication
Proficiency with a tape measure
Ability to perform laboring duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment
Capability to work with hand tools
Physical ability to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently
Reliability and punctuality
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
