Responsibilities
Develop GenAI and AI Agent use cases leveraging ServiceNow Now Assist
Build technical specifications and implement Now Assist solutions aligned to functional requirements
Architect and deliver full GenAI solutions within ServiceNow
Develop integrations between Now Assist and external IT systems using:
IntegrationHub
SOAP / REST
Data Sources
Import Sets / Transform Maps
Customize and configure:
Now Assist
Virtual Agent
ITSM
Develop and deploy code using ServiceNow platform scripting (GlideScript, JS)
Work within Agile/DevOps environments:
CI/CD
Automated testing
Sprint‑based delivery
Build advanced platform UI components and data-driven solutions
Provide technical leadership on ServiceNow AI implementations
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI (Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence) and Now Assist, including GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities across ITSM/HRSD
Deep experience with ServiceNow platform modules: ITSM, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent
Hands-on experience designing, architecting, and implementing Now Assist (OOB + custom solutions)
1–2 years implementing ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence features
Experience in: MLOps, ML Engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Data Science, Building GenAI/Agentic AI solutions
Proficiency with ServiceNow client/server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
Strong understanding of ITSM data models, Knowledge Management structures, and platform architecture
Experience designing solutions using architecture-first principles
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge
