Responsibilities
Conceptualize and produce photo/video content tailored to each brand’s aesthetic and audience
Shoot high-quality visuals using mobile and professional camera gear
Edit content for mobile-first platforms with light color correction, retouching, sound, and captions
Collaborate with Marketing to build campaign calendars aligned with product launches, trends, and seasonal initiatives
Stay ahead of social trends, aesthetics, and platform best practices
Tailor content to maximize engagement and conversions
Work closely with Brand Managers, Product teams, and Creative Directors to tell cohesive brand stories
Provide insights from content performance to influence strategy and creative direction
Maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice across platforms
Engage with community comments and feedback in a professional, on-brand manner
Concept, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube, ads, product videos)
Create beauty-focused content including tutorials, transformations, product highlights, BTS, and trend-based videos
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social, Brand, and Product teams
Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, aesthetics, and campaign goals
Assist with on-site shoots, launches, events, and content days
Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed and quality
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role
A strong portfolio showcasing beauty, lifestyle, or personal care content
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Experience filming and editing on mobile and professional equipment
A natural understanding of social-first storytelling
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
Comfort being hands-on — filming, editing, styling, and posting
Passion for beauty and haircare products

Have worked with beauty brands or influencers
Are comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent
