Strategic Partnership Manager | Lumber & Building Supply

Epicor is a company dedicated to creating better business solutions through data and AI. The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for managing partner accounts and developing key national accounts to generate sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Working with Sales, develop and maintain strong relationship throughout the account’s organization
Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor
Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure and report on them monthly or quarterly
Define and implement programs that support defined objectives
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed
Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) – provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options
Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account
Work with customers to ensure Epicor products are being utilized effectively and efficiently
Support implements an annual operating plan process

Required

Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed environment
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills

Passion for the technology industry
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success Lumber & Building Supply knowledge
2+ years of specialized ERP industry experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
