Responsibilities
Producing high-quality 3D animations in Blender for short-form storytelling
Executing on established creative and technical standards across character animation, camera work, lookdev, shaders, and simulations
Helping refine and improve animation workflows, tools, and production systems
Collaborating closely with the Director of Animation, writers, editors, and other creatives to bring stories to life
Troubleshooting technical or creative challenges and proposing smart solutions
Maintaining speed, consistency, and quality under tight deadlines
Acting as a go-to creative resource for complex shots or sequences
Qualification
Required
Proven professional experience in 3D animation - Blender experience preferred
Deep knowledge of character animation, cinematography, look development, shader effects, and simulations
Experience working within structured animation pipelines and production environments
Strong communication skills and comfort working on fully remote teams
Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and reliable
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-output creative environments
