Inside Sales Representative
Zierke Built Manufacturing, INC is seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The role involves building strong relationships with clients through outbound and warm calling, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote company products and services
Utilize warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Occasional travel required to build client relations and new customer onboarding
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
Preferred
Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
