Responsibilities

Run implementations from kickoff to go-live
Set up our platform to fit each customer's workflows
Train clinical staff and troubleshoot issues
Create processes and documentation from scratch
Tell product and engineering what customers need

Required

1-2 years of work experience
You learn new software quickly
You notice when something's inefficient and fix it
You can explain technical things to people who aren't technical

experience with EHR/EMR systems
customer-facing or implementation work
