Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Schedule consultations and appointments for roofing assessments
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work 1/2 days on Saturday's
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
