Responsibilities

Own and lead strategic initiatives across the company—scoping opportunities, building execution plans, and delivering results

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Ops, Legal, etc.) to turn strategy into reality

Design and improve key business processes and systems

Support prioritization and resourcing across major initiatives with executive leadership

Conduct high-quality analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build internal tools that drive efficiency and scalability

Help shape internal operating cadence, tracking KPIs and ensuring accountability

Required

4-8 years of experience in a high-performing, analytical environment (consulting, biz ops, startup/scale-up, or similar)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
