$50/hr - $100/hrVaco has partnered with a nonprofit healthcare company that is in search of a Nonprofit Tax & Accounting Consultant to support their accounting functions. The role involves designing governance, drafting MSAs, structuring intercompany loans, and establishing banking architecture.

Responsibilities
Design governance/roles and produce SOPs
Draft MSAs and intercompany arrangements, including pricing and documentation standards
Structure and document intercompany loans/working capital support
Establish banking architecture and chart of accounts
Build financial workflows (AP/AR, allocations, UBIT tracking, etc.)
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong knowledge of Nonprofit Tax and GAAP Regulations (AZ experience preferred)
Proven ability restructuring a nonprofit with a for-profit subsidiary (nonprofit experience is required)
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
