Responsibilities

Support and install telephones, mobile devices, and video conferencing solutions
Manage video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints
Provide mobile device support and troubleshooting
Deliver high‑quality customer service to internal users
Work with iPhones, iPads, and related mobile technologies
Collaborate with team members while working independently on tasks

Required

1–5 years of experience in video conferencing infrastructure and endpoint support

Strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
