Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, target, and engage with key enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts
Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., strategy, creative, engineering) to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and align with their business goals
Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value propositions
Account Growth: Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and provide clients with relevant insights
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends. Use data to drive decision-making and optimize sales strategies
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in ecommerce sales, ecommerce solutions, business development, or account management, preferably within an agency or platform
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with enterprise-level clients
In-depth understanding of the agency's industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems and deliver value to clients
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital communication platforms
