General ledger management including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
Month‑end and year‑end close support to ensure timely reporting
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
Monitor inventory transactions and resolve discrepancies with production teams
Assist with cost accounting including standard cost updates and variance analysis
Support internal and external audits with documentation and responses
Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls
Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis as requested
Qualification
Required
General ledger management including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals

Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
Monitor inventory transactions and resolve discrepancies with production teams
Assist with cost accounting including standard cost updates and variance analysis

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
1–3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of GAAP
Experience with ERP systems; inventory modules a plus
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
