Responsibilities
Unload and load trucks, delivering materials to production and handling documentation for material receipts and deliveries
Deliver materials to the production floor and analyze workload based on order sheets
Perform daily operational checks on delivered raw materials, including cleaning, checking, and adding fluids as needed
Conduct quality checks using microscopes, micrometers, measuring devices, calipers, rulers, and other related devices
Use mobile equipment, including forklifts and walkies, in daily operations
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following the 6S standard
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues promptly
Support the implementation of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Operate and maintain tools and equipment within the functional area
Train others within the functional area
Qualification
Required
Experience in material handling, inventory management, and packing
Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and other mobile equipment
Experience in order picking, loading, shipping, and receiving
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures, including safety compliance
