Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs to control machinery and processes
Develop and maintain HMI applications to interface with PLCs and provide real-time data to operators and engineers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, ensuring minimal downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and address operational challenges
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel
Participate in project planning and management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in control technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Control Systems Engineer in industrial automation
PLC and HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, machine safety standards, and industrial communication networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, etc.)
