Responsibilities

Provide back-end support for Austin Energy’s Safety Incident Management System (Cority) and other enterprise functions
Perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows
Conduct frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions to ensure system reliability
Engage in report-writing to access and deliver meaningful data from back-end databases
Support the creation of job aids and user documentation to facilitate system usability

Required

8+ years of experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
8+ years of experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
1+ year of experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for enterprise technology systems
3+ years of experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
3+ years of experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
