Responsibilities
Personally exhibits, recruits, and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
Responsible for promoting culture of safety
Prepare journal entries as required by monthly close process by specified due dates
Reconcile accounts as assigned by specified due dates including but not limited to intercompany for accounts receivable and account payable, inventory, prepaids, accruals and the company corporate credit card
Preform analytics on accounts as required for monthly variance explanations
Responding to and analyzing information requests from other departments
Prepare schedules as required by the interim and annual audit
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Perform all work in accordance to ISO policy and procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong technical skills in Accounting; GAAP knowledge required
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel), and accounting software
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Intercompany reconciliations and inventory experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
3+ years' experience working in in a similar position required
Preferred
CPA preferred, not required
