Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of small-scale capital projects, typically in the $5,000 to $50,000 range. Manage these projects from initial concept and scope definition through to design, procurement, execution, and final closeout, providing a comprehensive project management experience
Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in the development of project timelines, milestones, and schedules for larger projects using project management software
Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Coordination: Liaise between different teams (e.g., design, construction, procurement) to ensure smooth information flow and coordination of tasks
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the project team, which may include reviewing technical drawings, performing calculations, and researching materials or methods
Budget & Cost Tracking: Assist in monitoring project expenditures, tracking costs against the budget, and processing invoices and change orders
Site Activities: Participate in site visits to monitor progress, assist with quality control inspections, and help ensure compliance with safety regulations
Communication: Attend project meetings and communicate updates to project stakeholders as directed

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
