Responsibilities
Resolve cross-product, high-impact policy escalations with minimal guidance
Identify, analyze, and prioritize policy issues that may, today or in the future, affect us, and understand the impact they may have on business and users
Establish, manage, and implement global product policy and standards with a regional focus and essential understanding of local culture and values, as well as community on product platforms
Work cross-functionally to support the development and launch of products, features and/or processes that promote user trust and uphold our policies with minimal guidance
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors within one or more teams to develop and implement product policies and standards for a wide variety of our products
Participate in investigations and respond to inquiries from external parties, review, process, and respond to requests and/or real-world investigations on our users
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust & Safety, or technology environment
Proficiency in regulatory process
Proficiency in communication skills
Proficiency in community knowledge
Proficiency in logical thinking skills
Proficiency in stakeholder relations and influence
Proficiency in policy fundamentals
Proficiency in language fluency
