Responsibilities

Create original visual and animated content including motion graphics, short animations, GIFs, and illustrated assets
Translate communication briefs and ideas into compelling visual narratives
Develop animations for videos, presentations, social media, and internal communications
Collaborate with video producers, writers, and communications leads to ensure cohesive storytelling
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all assets
Adapt and resize content for multiple platforms and formats
Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines

Required

8-10 years of experience in content creation, animation, or motion design
Proficiency in animation and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar)
Strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals
Ability to interpret creative briefs and propose visual solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience creating content for social-first or digital platforms
Illustration skills
Familiarity with video workflows and motion design for video
Basic understanding of branding and communications strategy
