Responsibilities
Design custom cycling and multi-sport apparel using vector-based workflows
Collaborate with sales and customers to translate ideas into production-ready designs
Concept and refine artwork when briefs need creative direction
Prepare and deliver factory-ready files with accurate color, scale, and placement
Use internal tools to generate 2D and 3D visuals for customer approvals
Review and approve color samples and pre-production assets
Occasionally support marketing graphics, limited collections, and special projects
Use design as a value-add to improve customer confidence and sales conversion
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (apparel/vector experience required)
Strong working knowledge of Photoshop
Solid understanding of color space and print production requirements
Clear, confident communicator—both listening and articulation matter here
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with modern business tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)
Apparel-fluent; familiarity with cycling or endurance sports is a plus
Comfortable using AI tools to support concepting and visual approvals
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Experience preparing factory-ready artwork for production
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong professional references
