Proven experience with Google CCAI/Dialogflow (CX/ES) and IVR at enterprise scale
Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and implementations
Track record of migrating legacy IVR to modern conversational AI platforms
Strong technical fluency (intents, APIs, NLU fundamentals) and SI/vendor management
Ability to tie product delivery to financial outcomes (containment, cost savings)

Required
