Responsibilities
Secure and manage external research funding
Implement and oversee grant-sponsored research programs
Supervise laboratory operations and manage research personnel
Collaborate with faculty on research projects, grant proposals, and publications
Assist senior and junior investigators in obtaining funding and publishing research
Mentor and teach postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and medical students
Support the strategic growth of neuroscience research focused on brain function, retinal biology, and neurodegenerative diseases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of research experience within a comprehensive research program
Preferred
Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of required experience
PhD may substitute for 5 years of required experience
